Have you had your carpets cleaned before and it took days for them to dry? Once again it is from a lack of training! More water does not mean a better cleaning and can have real adverse effects to the carpet itself. After a carpet cleaning the carpets depending of the humidity should take 3 to 4 hours to dry at most 6 hours.
